Do I need to create an account?

No. No account, no subscription: your summary document and an email address are enough.

How long does it take?

A few minutes. Your signed document arrives by email, ready to file.

Who must sign?

The declarant named on the summary document: it is their name that appears in the signature.

Before you pay. Your document is checked as soon as you upload it (readable PDF, no password, 15 MB at most). Something to fix? A message tells you, and you have paid nothing.

A licensed payment provider collects the payment and sends you the receipt: on your bank statement, the line shows “CLAIRSIGN”. Is there a subscription?

No. You pay once, for one document. No further charges follow.

Who collects the payment?

What if the signature couldn’t be completed?

Your document couldn’t be signed within 24 hours of payment? You can request a full refund.
